In accordance with the latest restrictions issued by the Office of Epidemic Prevention and Control, the CPhI & P-MEC China team is writing you to advise that CPhI & P-MEC China 2022, originally scheduled on 21-23 June, in Shanghai New International Expo Center, will be postponed. The new date and more specific information will be announced shortly.

We apologize for any inconvenience this postponement may cause. We are paying close attention to the development of restrictions, and we remain in close communication with the exhibition center and relevant government departments to confirm new dates as soon as possible. We are working hard behind the scenes to create the safe and high-quality experience our exhibitors, visitors and partners have come to expect from us.

We wish to thank each and every participant who has supported us, and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. Despite the postponement of physical event, CPhI & P-MEC China will continue with its online event – Virtual Expo Connect which launched from 21 April 2022 for international clients to connect with Chinese and global suppliers. CPhI & P-MEC China 2022 Rescheduled – New Date to be Announced Soon最先出现在IMSINOEXPO。

Due to the sudden and unexpected rise in COVID-19 cases in Shanghai and local cities, we have taken the decision to postpone the in-person CPhI & P-MEC China event from 16-18 December 2021 to 21-23 June 2022.

This decision was taken out of concern for everyone’s safety as well as feedback we received from our valued exhibitors, industry partners, supporting associations and visitors.

CPhI & P-MEC China will continue with its online event “Virtual Expo Connect”, which launched on 18 November 2021 and will run until the 18 January 2022. The in-person event will now take place from 21-23 June 2022 at SNIEC in Shanghai.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the postponement of the in-person event and are grateful for your understanding and continued support!

Postponement of CPhI & P-MEC China 2021最先出现在IMSINOEXPO。

In the drizzle morning of Oct. 16^th, 2021, 15 volunteers from IM Sinoexpo’s Sustainable team arrived at meeting point where they picked up the autistic children from Shanghai Qingcongquan Training Center before heading to Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park. As a follow-up program of Sinoexpo’s WTW event, our volunteers decided to spend one day together with Children of the stars to bring happiness, provide the support and create more social awareness.

Strict rules had been briefed to every volunteer staff ahead of the event to mostly protect the safety and health of the children such as never leave the child alone, no wearing sharp or hard ornaments, no strong or irritating perfume allowed, don’t give the children food without permission for allergy concern, etc. Each child accompanied by the family member was paired up with a assigned volunteer to make sure one-on-one service provided.

So each pair of Happy Unit visited some hottest spots in the ocean park like Beluga Hall, Iceberg (North Pole) Hall to view the performance and a free tour afterwards to let the children explore the park with their own interest. A special gift then was awarded to those who succeeded in passing a knowledge test about the ocean & sea creatures. Finally all the group members experienced the Float Parade of the park together.

All the children were quite fascinated by the whole tour with smiles on the face while the trip also meant quite a lot to all the 15 volunteers from IM Sinoexpo, who were very happy to be part of the event, so that they could not only bring the fun and knowledge to the autistic children, but also create social awareness so that more support & attention would be brought to autism from the society.

Employees got involved and passed on love and care through shopping at two-day charity bazaar, and meanwhile they enjoyed themselves when searching their loved ones among the wide array of donated items. Besides, the “blind box” game also added fun to the event. The reuse of idle goods is also to implement the concept of sustainable development.

The charity event totally raised the record-high amount of RMB 18283.4, which will become part of the company’s Charity Fund. All the proceeds together with 238 donated books will be remitted to a county library located in the old liberated area as well as Eastern Brain Science Research Institute Shanghai & Shanghai Jinmei Elderly Care, which are dedicated to Assisting People With Alzheimer’s Disease. The Sinoexpo Informa Markets Charity Fund was established by our employees. Recently, the Charity Fund also launched a fundraising activity and called on employees to donate for the disaster relief work in Xinxiang, a city hit hard by flooding in Henan province,China.

In the future, the Charity Fund will be committed to caring for the society, performing its social responsibilities and contributing its own share to building a more harmonious society.
